Pilot Programs Partnerships with  Institutions of  Higher Learning Professional  Advisory  Committee Peer  Review  Committee   National  Advisory  Committee As a way of expanding the reach of the successful program we have developed at the Children's Learning Centers, we actively sought partnerships with public and private organizations, including institutions of higher learning, and other philanthropies.
