Stewarts Shops Holiday Match Program

Dave Shepardson, store manager at Stewart's Store in Kirdland, presents Stephen Park, Chairman and members Kermit Gates, Rodney St. Clair, and Robert Wakelee, of the Board of Governors for the Central New York 32 nd Degree Masonic Learning Center for Children, a Stewart's Holiday Matching funds check for $250. The donation helps purchase supplies used by tutors, using the Orton-Gillingham method, for instructing children with dyslexia.

The Center, located on the Eastern Star Campus in Oriskany , NY , provides free after school instruction to teach dyslexic children the skills necessary to improve their reading and writing skills. The Center acknowledges the support Stewart's Shops has provided over the past three years the Center has been operating.
